Ireen Martinez is an orthodontic dental professional with five years of dental experience, including three years as a Lead Orthodontic Assistant. Throughout her career, she has played a key role in helping patients achieve confident, beautiful smiles.

Ireen is known for her attentive listening, eye for detail, gentle approach, and commitment to ensuring every patient feels comfortable, supported, and satisfied with their results.

Self-motivated and dedicated to exceptional patient care, Ireen brings strong leadership, reliability, and a passion for creating positive experiences in every interaction.

Outside of work, Ireen spends her free time with her two sons, enjoying trips to amusement parks, exploring malls, and traveling together. Her focus on family, service, and personal growth drives her both personally and professionally.

Natalie Freire is the dedicated business manager at Aesthetic Dental. A recent graduate of Rutgers Newark University, Natalie has been an integral part of the Aesthetic Dental team since December 2019.

In her role, Natalie ensures the office operates smoothly and efficiently, always striving to provide the best possible experience for patients. She is passionate about what Aesthetic Dental stands for – a commitment to excellence in dental care and a warm, welcoming environment for everyone.

Natalie loves working with all the specialists within the office, finding great joy in collaborating with such a talented and dedicated team. She enjoys creating a positive, seamless experience for patients, from the moment they schedule their appointment to the time they leave with a brighter smile. Natalie looks forward to being a part of each patient’s journey to optimal dental health.

With over six years of experience in customer service across various fields, Ann Saldana brings a wealth of knowledge and a friendly demeanor to our dental office. As a dedicated team member, Ann plays a crucial role in bridging the language gap for our Spanish-speaking patients, ensuring they receive the best care and understanding possible.

Ann is also currently studying Art History and has a keen interest in fashion. Her creative skills extend to managing our office’s digital content, bringing a unique and engaging touch to our online presence.

Ann’s multicultural interests and love for comedy add warmth and vibrancy to our office environment. She is passionate about making every patient feel comfortable and well-informed throughout their visit.

I was born and raised in a small fishing village in Cuba, where I first discovered my passion for dentistry. From a young age, I knew I wanted to help people feel confident and healthy through their smiles. I pursued my dental studies in Cuba and practiced for a short time before making one of the most important decisions of my life—moving to the United States in search of new opportunities and a better future.

I began working as a dental assistant and earned certifications in X-ray technology, expanded functions, and orthodontics. My desire to grow never stopped, and with dedication and hard work, I eventually earned my license as a Registered Dental Hygienist.

With over ten years of experience in the dental field, I truly love what I do. I’m passionate about patient care and committed to creating a comfortable, supportive environment for everyone who sits in my chair. I take pride in educating patients about their oral health and giving them the tools and confidence to maintain a beautiful, healthy smile.

I believe learning never ends. I continue to attend courses and stay updated on the latest techniques and advancements in dental hygiene to offer my patients the highest level of care.
